Data infrastructure for the Covim consortium

• lnschema_covim is a Python package based on lamindb. It contains the data infrastructure for the covim network.

Installation

First, we need to install the module and all required dependencies. To do this, run:

pip install git+https://github.com/schultzelab/lnschema-covim
